Additional rules
We have 3 parking spot only for this house, and no additional guest parking. Please do not park in any spots that are marked or say reserved or the neighbor will tow your vehicle. We ask that you do not sit on our beds or couches with wet and sandy clothing and use our outdoor shower to remove sand before entering the house. Quiet time is from 10PM-8AM, this is a multi-unit site and all guest deserve to enjoy a quiet space.
1) I agree that my total guest count is 15. I will not have additional people at my rental without discussing with my host. We do not allow more than 15 people at once in this rental and large events must be requested in advance and have additional fees. If we find that you have more guests than listed on your booking, you will be asked to leave without a refund of any kind. We are sorry to have to be so tough on this issue but we have had a hard year with people not respecting our space.
2) I understand that this house has 3 parking spots only. The island of Clearwater Beach is a small area with limited parking. We do have options with neighbors and nearby hotels that we are happy to help arrange. We do need you to confirm the amount of vehicles and where you plan to park any additional beyond 3. We want 2 vehicles side by side and close to the fence on the right and one vehicle behind. Do not park in the neighbors side as you will see that our entrance is a partially shared space. Do not park close the villa 3/4 as the guest will not be able to use their front porch space if blocked by additional vehicles. Many guest think that because the space appears larger, they can fit more cars and that is not allowed. Cars will be towed without warning if this guideline is not followed.
3) I agree to respect this beautiful space and treat it as if it were my own home. Our beach house is when of the few 1950’s original beach houses still available for rental on Clearwater Beach. We work hard to preserve this unique space but we need our guest to use the same level of love and care to our home.
