House is open, airy and spacious for large groups! Great dining area. Never felt crowed and we had 9 quests. Deck is awesome outside area on the bay, also large and spacious! Dolphins swam right up to the house! Conveniently located near stores, bars and restaurants but the house is nestled in a calm and peaceful setting

Look no further! The best location to experience everything Clearwater Beach has to offer. Only a 15 minute WALK from the house to the FURTHEST point Mandalay Ave has to offer. Literally 2-3 minute walk to the beach. Absolutely amazing. Accommodations were as promised, cozy and comfortable with worry free on-site parking. Beautiful King sized bed that was incredibly comfortable and perfect after a long day in the sun. Do not wait, book now!!

This is our second time staying with Kirsten! We stayed in the villa directly next to the one we had last time. She added a bunch of new upgrades this time that we loved. Our favorite was the Roku TV in the living room. She even had a pack & play already set up and waiting for us for our daughter to use 🙂 and brought us fishing poles so that we could fish out back! Incredible location in a residential area on the water within walking distance from the beach. Quaint two bedroom that was perfect for my family of four. Kirsten is an excellent host and goes out of her way to make sure you enjoy your stay. The morning sunrises and sunsets off the patio are amazing. There is more than enough activities in the area for all ages and everyone we met was so nice. Best value for the money in the area. Thank you Kirsten for a wonderful stay. I have been using VRBO for over 7 years now. This by far is the best rental I have stayed in! Amazing views of the bay, was able to see dolphins daily, and a manatee once. Beautiful sunrises! The villa itself was very clean and welcoming! Kirsten was very accommodating and helpful! I hope I will get the chance to stay again in the future!
